Our work

Palestinian embroidery and ecommerce

A storefront that explains Palestinian embroidery and helps shoppers choose a piece.

We improved Arabic and English shopping, search visibility foundations, and content that visitors, search engines, and AI search tools can understand.

From the need to the live site

The need

Handmade pieces need clear photographs and context that explains their value. The store also needed directly crawlable information and useful answers connected to a clear ordering path.

What we delivered
  • Applied the approved simpler heritage design with ivory backgrounds, a gold emblem, red and olive tatreez details, and larger, unframed photographs.
  • Simplified the catalog to four pieces per page with expandable search and sort. Preserved Arabic RTL and English LTR shopping, including bag and form state when switching languages.
  • Reduced the hero image size by about 92% while preserving the original photograph. Added image dimensions and deferred supporting images.
  • Made the brand story, collection introductions, and ordering guidance available in initial HTML. Added page titles, descriptions, canonicals, language annotations, a sitemap, crawler instructions, social sharing metadata, and structured information.
  • Added a bilingual About page and 18 articles in each language, with attribution, publication dates, descriptive image text, related links, catalog links, and an optional llms.txt guide.
  • Preserved catalog management, ordering, owner access, and production storage, with instructions excluding private owner pages from search indexes.
Visible today

The live store has catalog categories, piece options, a shopping bag, an About page, and a journal in Arabic and English. An order request precedes confirmation of the amount, payment, and delivery with the team.

From an embroidery question to choosing and requesting a piece

The journal explains handmade value, framed tatreez, quote comparisons, customization, home decoration, and ordering from abroad. Its 18 articles in each language bring the total to 42 public URLs with the homepage, About page, and journal index. Direct answers explain estimated prices and payment and delivery confirmation. Cultural context references UNESCO without implying that Mirvella itself is UNESCO-certified.

Examples of target questions

  • What gives a handmade embroidery piece its value?
  • How do you plan a custom embroidery enquiry?
  • What should you confirm when ordering from abroad?

How do we measure progress before and after?

Our assessment and follow-up method connects the work to defined questions and reviewable indicators.

  1. 01

    Check indexing

Verify Search Console ownership and inspect public-page indexing and the sitemap.

  2. 02

    Product pages

Create dedicated crawlable product pages that connect each piece’s information with ordering.

  3. 03

    Measure discovery

Record impressions, clicks, and search queries. Observe AI citations with dated answers and sources.

  4. 04

    Measure orders

Connect visits with confirmed orders where measurement data is available, then compare performance over time.

The business goal

Help shoppers understand the craft and choose a piece, with clearer foundations for discovering the store through search engines and AI answers.

Results presented here

Implementation details come from the project-file and commit-history review; the captures document the published store on 18 October 2026. Increased Google rankings, organic sales, and AI citations have not been measured. Dedicated crawlable product pages remain a gap because product details currently open through browser interactions.
